Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use The License Desk and its free study materials.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of The License Desk. The License Desk is a trading name of Elite Digital Ai Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We provide free practice questions, mock tests and study guides for the UK DVSA car theory test. All questions are original material written by us to the current official syllabus and The Highway Code. They are not actual DVSA exam questions, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA, the DVLA or any test centre.

Accuracy and your responsibility

We check our material against current official sources and update it when The Highway Code changes, but road rules, fees and test arrangements can change at any time. Always verify current requirements on GOV.UK before booking or sitting your test. Using this site does not guarantee any particular test result, and our material is study support — not driving instruction or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The practice questions, explanations and guides on this site are our copyright. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not republish, scrape, resell or redistribute them without our written permission. References to The Highway Code point to public sector information available on GOV.UK.

Liability

The site is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
