Why do long vehicles swing out before turning left?
They need the road width to get their rear wheels round the corner. Never pass along their left side while they're turning — hold back until the manoeuvre is finished.
What's the mirror rule with lorries?
If you can't see the lorry driver's mirrors, the driver can't see you. Drop back.
